Introduction to Cooking and Baking - Monday

In this INTRODUCTION class students will learn the basics of the kitchen.  Safety, handwashing, set up/clean up and how to follow a recipe.   They will learn to make basic recipes and snacks to. share with their families.
  (10 students maximum)

Instructor:   Tara Crim has a Masters in Public Health as well as training in baking from Le Cordon Bleu-Paris.  She is experienced in working with students in the Nevada County Schools.
