Above and beyond his duties, Phil supervises Seven Hills' inclement day/lunch indoor schedule. Anyone who has had the occasion to supervise middle school children on a rainy day knows the challenges incumbent in that assignment. Yet Phil relishes the opportunity to interact with the kids in a different setting.
