Nevada City Facilities Department 
The District's Facilities Department is responsible for cleaning, maintaining and updating the grounds and buildings of our elementary and middle schools. Dale Jones, Director of the Maintenance may be reached by calling 530-265-1896 or emailing him at [email protected]

Small Projects under $200K (CUPCCAA)


Nevada City School District is a participant in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA).  This act allows for a streamlined negotiation and bidding of projects valued at less than $200,000.


Contractors who would like to add themselves to our list to be notified of informal bidding projects can submit their information on this FORM.  The form needs to be submitted every year, and it is the responsibility of the contractor to do so. 


There is no cost to contractors interested in pre-qualifying with Nevada City School District.
