In this Games Galore class, students will participate in card and board games. Throughout this course, the students will be engaged in activities that encourage socialization, critical thinking, cooperation, and FUN!

Instructor: Tiffany Rae has been a teacher in the NCSD for over 25 years. She has taught kindergarten, first and third grade and has helped students of all ages with math, reading and social-emotional support. Ms.Rae believes and has seen the benefits students gain from playing non-computerized games.

 

Assistant Instructor:  Aubrey Looney has worked with children in the Nevada City School District for several years as a teaching assistant in the Summer School Program.  She is a Nevada Union graduate and is currently working towards her bachelor's degree while volunteering in a third-grade classroom.
