Brian Ellis Teacher 2015-16 Who Makes a Difference

Our 8th grade teacher, Brian Ellis has been teaching for 18 years, with 10 of those at Seven Hills. I have found Brian to be an excellent educator as well as a responsible, hard working and caring individual. He is very involved with school activities and is well liked and respected by his colleagues. He is a natural leader and advocate for his peers and his students. Brian often goes beyond the call of duty and provides great services to our school community. Brian collaborates with his grade level in planning grade appropriate assessments. He has had success with students of varying needs and is supportive and helpful to other staff members and his peers. Mr. Ellis is a person who is very focused on students’ needs and interests. He cares very deeply about his students and their success not only in his classroom but beyond. Through his love of teaching and the personal relationships he has built with staff, parents, and students, Brian Ellis is definitely a “Teacher Who Makes a Difference”.
